Hi! I'm Chad, a passionate coach and physical therapist dedicated to helping individuals achieve their athletic goals while prioritizing their safety and well-being. With a background in Exercise Physiology and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, I have been immersed in the field for over a decade.

My goal is to guide athletes in reaching their full potential while minimizing the risk of injury. I believe in providing an adequate stimulus for physiological adaptation without compromising safety, while also fostering a positive mental attitude toward training and life in general.

My coaching and physical therapy expertise predominantly focus on endurance sports, particularly running, cycling, swimming, and triathlon. I also incorporate strength training as a fundamental element in enhancing athletic performance. Holding the certification of CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), I bring a comprehensive understanding of strength and conditioning principles to optimize training programs.

What sets me apart as a coach and physical therapist is my genuine dedication to listening and empathizing with my clients. I strive to understand their unique circumstances, identify and address their obstacles, and provide tailored solutions that work best for them. My approach combines technical expertise, scientific knowledge, and a personalized touch to deliver results that exceed expectations.

On a personal note, my journey in athletics started early as a competitive swimmer and cyclist. During my college years, I founded two running clubs and a cycling club, fueling my passion for endurance sports. While my focus has shifted primarily to running, my multidisciplinary background allows me to provide a holistic perspective on training and performance.
